#RWRunStreak – Week 1

Week one was off to a rough start when I got a cold part way through. I had to do a couple shorter runs on the treadmill so I’m averaging a little under my goal of 5k a day.

Although I would have rather stewed in my own filth buried in my new, king-size Ikea comforter, having to run a mile minimum motivated me to get off my sorry ass and onto the treadmill. It also initiated the normal morning routine of showering, brushing my teeth, and getting dressed, which otherwise, would likely not have happened.

Jesse, after much convincing, and Hadley joined me for a couple outdoor 5k runs.

Four more weeks to go!
