The final day! Hooray!
I fell asleep on the couch watching TV last night but moved to my bed around 10:00pm. I slept until 6:30am when I finally dragged myself out of bed. Jesse cruelly brewed very aromatic coffee which I couldn’t drink.
When I got to work I drank my first juice, Green Energy. Around 11:00am I drank the second juice, Carrot Zinger … and boy was it zingy! They seemed to have put way more ginger in it this time!
Just after noon, I got my first real hunger pangs since starting the cleanse. Due to my planned 10k run tonight, I decided that I would supplement my cleanse again today with some healthy, whole foods. I picked up a bag of a plain nut and seed mix which I grazed on throughout the day, as well as some herbal tea.
I drank my third juice, Might Detox, around 1:00pm and my salad around 3:00pm. I got home from work around 5:00pm and decided I needed some more calories before my run so I ate some nuts, dried fruit, and and a spoonful of honey.
After a mix up with the car schedule, I realized that I wasn’t going to be able to make it to the group run on time. It was dark and rainy so I didn’t want to run around my sketchy neighbourhood alone either.
Sad that I had sabotaged the juice cleanse for a run I didn’t end up doing, I carried on to eat a bunch of Pringles that I had been thinking about the last few days. Oops! I washed it down with my last Red Power juice.
I fell asleep on the couch while Jesse watched Game of Thrones again. Hadley was frightened by the sound of crows and snuggled on the couch with us.

You are hilarious! I appreciate your honesty when discussing the Freshii Juice Cleanse. I like the fact you ate pringles and washed it down with some juice!
Thank you for the informative blog/laugh!
Did you lose any weight?
A few pounds temporarily – I think just water weight. It’s only a three day cleanse so probably not going to have lasting results unless followed up with a great, whole foods nutritional diet.
