I worked out with the November Project Vancouver pledge group again on Wednesday morning! My arms were super sore after from all the pushups but I am looking forward to having upper body strength! On Saturday I ran my first trail race, Survival of the Fittest. It was a blast! The weather couldn’t have been better and the whole event is like one big party. I can’t wait to do another one!

I’ve been neglecting my running lately. This coming week I am going to focus on doing more weekday runs and hill climbing since I have Seek the Peak in only two week! Eek!
Looks like a great week planned out! I need to get back to the running as well, I’ve been slacking since my half (and that was over 2 weeks ago!)
I went from 193 km in April to 121 km in May, a third of which are from my marathon at the beginning of the month! At the same time, if slacking is only running 121 km in a month, I’m pretty okay with how things are going haha! 🙂
