Weekly Training Summary: February 1 to 7, 2016


Week 8 of my Gorge 100k training was much less sucessful than the last one. I tweaked my knee during a big climb on Friday night so I took Saturday and Sunday off to rest and ice. It was a tough decision but the right one.

  • Monday – Rest day
  • Tuesday – 10 km lunch road run
  • Wednesday – 9.9 km lunch road run
  • Thursday – 10 km lunch road run
  • Friday – 3.3 km evening trail hike/run
  • Saturday – Rest day
  • Sunday – Rest day
  • Total Distance – 33.3 km
  • Total Elevation Gain – 611 m
  • Total Time – 3h 37m
