Weekly Training Summary: February 15 to 21, 2016

Week 10 of Gorge 100k training was pretty straight forward. Four 10 km lunch runs with a 25 km trail run on the Saturday andย the Fort Langley Historic Halfย on the Sunday. We were planning to add on a little extra after the half but I bailed on that plan at the first mention of lunch, oops! Now that I backed off a little this pastย week on mileage, I’m ready for a big weekendย coming up!

  • Tuesday –ย 10.8 km lunch road run
  • Wednesday –ย 11 km lunch road run
  • Thursday –ย 10.6 km lunch road run
  • Friday –ย 10.2 km lunch road run
  • Saturday –ย 25.2 km morning trail run
  • Sunday –ย Fort Langley Historic Half
  • Total Distance –ย 88.9 km
  • Total Elevation Gain –ย 1660 m
  • Total Time –ย 10h 8m
