Weekly Training Summary: March 14 to 20, 2016

Week 14 ofΒ Gorge 100kΒ training marked the start of my taper! Wow, I can’t believe my race is less than two weeks away now … crazy! I took a couple days off at the start of the week and only ran once on the weekend. To get my trail fixΒ on Sunday, I volunteered for the Cap Crusher. I’m looking forward to some more tapering in the weeks ahead!
