Weekly Training Summary: November 14 to 20, 2016


My goal is to hit 3,000 total km for the year by December 31. To do this, I have to average about 10 km per day. Last week I only did about 50 km so I had to make up for it this week in order to stay on track. I ran every day at lunch plus did a couple 20+ km trail runs on the weekend. My legs felt suprisingly good considering this was quite a high mileage week for me.

  • Thursday – 10 km lunch road run
  • Friday – 9.9 km lunch road run
  • Saturday – 24.5 kmΒ Phantom Run trail race
  • Sunday – 20.1 Β km Club Fat Ass “Sweet Go Deep” trail run
  • Total Distance – 91.2Β km
  • Total Elevation Gain – 2,353Β m
  • Total Time – 10h 57m
